RobotFX Fluid 8.6 major changes

• the EA has been locked to trader’s acc. number and email
• PipsAwayFromLastSwing applies (if > 0) to all trades except when AllowHedge = HedgeZone
• If AllowHedge = HedgeFluid, HedgeFirstFluidTrade optional
• MaxOrders applies to AllowHedge = NoHedging, so the EA can open multiple trades
